I was wondering about this refusing the breathalyzer issue with the recent Buccaneer in the news who beat his DUI, right in front of the stadium no less, and he refused the breath test. It says on the front of your FL license "Operation of a motor vehicle constitutes consent to any sobriety test required by law.", that wording almost makes it seem like you have absolutely no choice to refuse any type of "sobriety test", even though you do.</description>
